Hortalizas Ortiz is characterised by the fact of being its own producer of all the products offered. This in turn assures an easier process of control in each of the various stages of development of the products and makes up easier the identification with the product, guaranteed by a system of traceability that identifies the product package by package.
The plantations are monitored daily by our technical staff in order to care for the smallest detail.
This activity is part of numerous engineering controls the products go through before they reach the final customer.
Within the product range special annotation can be made to the Roman Lettuce and the Baby Lettuce "buds", making up more than 90% of the final production over the total products marketed.
